Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Granola

A protein-filled peanut butter chocolate chip granola made with MacroBar® bits, gluten-free oats, and creamy peanut butter. Crisp, golden, and delicious, this granola is a perfect everyday snack that requires minimal ingredients and time.

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Add the peanut butter to a medium bowl and microwave until melted and smooth.
  3. Stir in agave, oats, salt, and MacroBar® pieces until evenly coated.
  4. Spread mixture onto prepared baking sheet in an even layer. 
  5. Bake for 18–20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until lightly golden but still soft. 
  6. Once cooled, the granola will become crisp and crunchy. Enjoy!
